The project of Research-Oriented Education is a follow-up on previous activities, the purpose of which is to popularise science and to introduce the principles of research-oriented education in natural sciences and engineering to both professionals and laymen alike. The goal is to facilitate teachers in finding ways how to increase the pupils' and students' interest in often unpopular scientific and technical disciplines and how to develop their interest in research more suitably. Thanks to the project, they will acquire good practical examples, study materials, and educational clips that may be used in their classes. Students of teaching specialties as well as academics can enhance their competencies.
